UTA’s ReConnect Program provides stranded riders with compensated rides through Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) such as Lyft, Uber, and Yellow Cab/Ute Cab. Potential reasons for a ReConnect include (but are not limited to) driver shortage, service delays, missed trips, bus pass-by, unplanned detours, UTA On Demand unavailability, vehicle breakdown, and accidents.
